 Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes — many customers with sensitive skin use our unscented tallow balm, lotion bars, and hydrosols. Always patch test if you have severe allergies.

Q: Do your products contain nut oils?
A: No — most of our formulas use calendula infused olive oil.  All product pages list ingredients — check there if there are any allergy concerns.  

Q: Are your products vegan?
A: No — our core ingredient is grass‑fed tallow (animal‑derived). We list vegan alternatives where available.

Q: How long do products last?
A: 12–18 months when stored cool and dry. Hydrosols: 6–12 months.

A: See Shipping & Returns. We confidently stand behind our products and want you to love your purchase.  If you are unhappy for any reason please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your product.
