Hi — I’m Fatina, the maker behind Island Natural. I craft small‑batch tallow balms, lotion bars, and floral hydrosols by hand using simple, nutrient-dense ingredients. Living on the island of Maui and inspired by traditional apothecary methods, my goal is to create skin care that heals and protects without unnecessary additives.  

I prioritize pasture-raised, grass fed and finished tallow, herbal infused oils, therapeutic grade essential oils for scenting, and sustainable plastic free packaging. Every batch is mixed and whipped by hand in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
